Design of a new 80,000 sq ft structure including one- and two-story buildings with classrooms, cafeteria, multi-purpose area and computer lab. The structure is a combination of masonry bearing walls and steel frame with steel gable roof trusses, supported on conventional reinforced concrete footings.

Renovation of four, 3-story row-homes into staff offices. The project included creation of new openings in the existing bearing walls, installation of a new elevator pit and shaft and reinforcement of existing walls. The Project won GBCA award in 2000.

Renovation of a two-story building for a marketing/advertising firm. The project required reinforcing of the existing floors and walls to meet the new use requirements.

Design of a four-story, 26,000 sq ft addition to existing office building featuring steel frame construction with moment connections, supported on conventional reinforced concrete footings.

This custom 7,000 sq ft residence includes a core steel frame to resist lateral wind forces. Engineered lumber was used throughout the roof and floor framing.

Design of a drainage solution that alleviated the existing runoff problem at the perimeter of the building.

Renovation of an existing two-story residence, including a new roof to create a high bay living area, and reframing to create a new stairway and opening in the existing floor.

New 8,200 sq ft, two-story bank branch with retail and office space, using a combination of wood and steel framing to create a column-free lobby.

New construction of 127,000 sq ft manufacturing facility with 4,500 sq ft of office space, featuring concrete tilt-up panels for exterior bearing walls; interior, non-bearing partitions with high slenderness ratio; and concrete slab for sensitive printing equipment.
