Location: York, PA

Project Overview: Analysis of existing 600,000 sq. ft. roof structure for installation of 11,000 PV arrays.

Nissan Dealership

Location: Freehold, NJ

Architect: Wiedman Zelig

Project Description: Design of new car dealership and service facility with total area of 27,600 sq. ft. The structure is comprised of a one and two-story rigid steel frame.

Two-Family Residential Development

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Architect: Fishtank PHL

Project Overview: Design of two, 3-story attached residential units. The structure is designed as wood construction.

Onondaga County Green Roof Initiative

Location: Syracuse, NY

Project Overview: Analysis of various existing buildings, including OnCenter Convention Complex, civic center, justice center and public safety building for installation of green roof system.

Project Overview: New custom design of 8,600 sq. ft. custom residence, featuring wood and steel framing.

Third Federal Bank
Location: Girard Ave., Philadelphia, PA
Architect: Wiedmann Zelig Group
Project Overview: Design of new 2,700 sq. ft. bank branch with steel rigid framing. This project is being submitted for LEED certification.

Private Residence
Location: Chestnut Hill, PA
Architect: BluPath Design
Project Overview: Renovation of existing stone carriage house for additional stories and retrofit.

Holmdel Commons
Location: Holmdel, NJ
Project Overview: Installation of solar panel arrays on top of existing mall roof
